Here at PVP Headquarters, not only did we all show up this morning, UNPLANNED (we swear), wearing red and black plaid, we got here early to release from the cages flocks upon flocks of tiny little winged cherubs that we've been breeding in the PVP NSL (New Species Labs. These little miracles are armed with camera phones and arrows, genetically programmed to sniff out, shoot and capture plaid anywhere within a 2-3 block radius...
WELL, something is drastically wrong with our calculations, because, as of 5:00pm, today of all days, Saint Valentine's Birthday, the day when love is floating around in the air close to street level (and below, in the subway regions) there seems to be a serious shortage of plaid in New York City. The only capture today was a distant and barely discernible two wheeler... Captured by Cherub #456 at 11:34 this morning at the corner of Driggs and N7 in Williamsburg. leaving no sightings on the entire Island of Manhattan. I think Little Orphan Oliver sang it best, "Whe-eh-eh-eh-ere is Love?" 2/14/08
